John Walton is an artist and retired art teacher. John taught high school art class for over 30 years. His watercolor landscapes were previously more contemporary, rendering only the highlights of that view in a minimalist style. During the Pandemic of 2020, John’s ambition was to create one painting per day. In this time, John experimented with technique and arrived at a more traditional style in which he fills the paper with detail.
