OTHER RENTAL SPACE
Eastend Studio & Gallery, housed in the magnificent Wagner Block building in historic downtown Marshall, offers a one-of-a-kind, beautiful spot to host your next event. In addition to the stunning third-floor ballroom, Eastend has available rental space on all floors for special occasions, art parties, business and organization gatherings, or community happenings.
Main Floor
The main floor offers a unique rental space for gatherings, where guests are surrounded by local, regional and national art selections. Located adjacent to the gift shop, the two gallery spaces feature rotating art and exhibitions curated by our staff, cozy seating area, and restroom. Additional chairs and tables can be configured for catering, presentations, or other specific needs.
Second Floor
Accessible by either stairs or elevator, the second floor at Eastend houses the Douglas F. Wolff Educational Gallery, classroom, ceramics studio & glazing room, cozy gathering space/bridal suite and two restrooms. This floor is ideal for smaller business meetings or special events, additional space for larger group rentals, or for art parties hosted by our staff. This floor, along with the ballroom, provides a great view of the gorgeous main street of Marshall.
*Artist studio spaces are also available for rent. Please email wagnerballroom@gmail.com for specific information regarding this.
All the spaces can be rented individually or together, including the entire building. Our sales manager will work with you to come up with the best options for your group.
