The historic Wagner Ballroom, Marshall’s original dance hall from 1870 to 1910, is currently taking bookings for your next event.
Located downtown on the third floor of Eastend Studio & Gallery, our charming space features a hand-painted grand staircase, ballroom, grand foyer, on site restroom facilities, catering room, and an elevator for accessibility.
Corporate and Private Events at the Wagner Ballroom have a dinner seating capacity of up to 150 or up to 200 standing. Staff supervision for the duration of your event and set-up/configuration of the ballroom is included.
2025 Pricing
Minimum pricing for Ballroom – Non-Wedding
up to 4 hours (including set up and take down) $600
Additional hours - $100 per hour
Minimum pricing for Ballroom - Wedding
5 hours starting at $1,300
Additional hours - $200 per hour
Wedding rentals require an outside coordinator/planner to be onsite for the event.
Optional Add-Ons (in addition to minimum pricing)
Speaker/Audio Equipment - $200

Catering room with warming oven (client needs to provide rack), refrigerator/freezer, sink, plating station, movable cart, and rolling ice chest. Round tables (up to 15 available) that seat 8-10 guests each
