Youth Art Classes
2026-27 School Year
Classes are offered throughout the entire school year in 1-month sessions,
and are available to all ages from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Our classes are available afterschool and during the day for homeschool students.
Homeschool classes are offered through the Gull Lake Partnership. You may register for homeschool classes through them or through this website.
2026 - 27 Class Fees
1 hour classes - $18 each* 1.5 hour Classes - $20 each*
*single class. Save $2 each when you purchase a month at a time.
Discounts, Scholarships and Payment Plans
We believe in the importance of art education. It is our policy never to turn away a child for an inability to pay. We offer the following discounts:
Multiple child discounts

register 2 children - 15% off the 2nd child

register 3 or more children - 20% off of each child after the first.
Season Pass After School Classes - Select all 9 months and receive 20% off at check out
Season Pass for Homeschool - Due to differences in the scheduling this is offered as an option when you select the class.
Payment plans - For large orders, you may divide it up into 4 payments. A 25% deposit is required.
Scholarships - Thanks to our donors we can help if you need financial assistance for your child to attend. Contact our Program Director (kat@eastendart.org)

Artist Studio 2

General art classe offered after school and for homeschool students. All Classes feature a wide variety of art projects. Students will draw, paint, make sculptures, work with mixed media, and ceramics, as well as take part in a variety of art exhibits in the gallery.
Grades 5-10
Ceramics -- FULL

Ceramics is offered afterschool and during the day; however the homeschool sections are not open for registration at this time. Students will learn the basics of ceramic clay. They will do hand building and wheel thrown projects. They will learn to use different ceramic tools and different techniques for glazing and finishing their projects.

General art classe offered after school and for homeschool students. All Classes feature a wide variety of art projects. Students will draw, paint, make sculptures, work with mixed media, and ceramics, as well as take part in a variety of art exhibits in the gallery.
Independent Study (for grades 9-12) is for serious art students who have attended classes here in the past and want to focus on a specific type of art. The student sets up a time for class and works with one of our instructors to develop the plans for their course time. Please contact our Program Director for more information (kat@eastendart.org).
